I’m all for compelling female leads, but when you go for the cheap tropes, it undermines that. If you’re pitching sometging as origial and fresh, you have to follow through on all fronts, even the little details like this.No really, the film looks beautiful, but come on now, Pixar! That dead horse was good and beaten by the time Titanic came out, no need to dredge up anachronistic narrative tropes.

Ginormous Sea Diver Puppet
As part of a street art theater production entitled “Sea Odyssey”, a giant sea diver and his niece will be roaming the streets of Liverpool from April 20 - 23, looking for each other. Organized by french company Royal de Luxe, it tells the tragic tale of a deep sea diver determined to find his brother who who went down with the Titanic, only to find a note written by his niece which he vows to return to her with news of her father. The two will finally be reunited at the end of their 23 mile journey.

really wish that people understood that their opinion doesn’t matter and just because you can voice it, doesn’t mean you should. so thanks, internet, for making most people believe that they matter and that their voice is important when it literally never is.
Like a YouTube comment thread, the anonymity or distance of commenting on the Internet does allow most people to take out their frustrations on strangers. The bullied become bullies, etc. Here’s the end to this after-school special: If you don’t like an artist’s work, shut the fuck up and don’t look. Odds are, they wouldn’t care for your work either, and nobody is forcing you to be friends.
