Just so I’m clear: Misogyny in advertising on TV is totally okay. Violence on TV is totally okay. Encouraging people to self-diagnose mental illness on TV is totally okay.

I didn’t catch this ad, but it’s a very strong point.  Unfortunately, it’s a strong point that everyone’s already aware of.  What can we say?  That we’re just people, and we can’t make a difference?  The networks are powerful and they decide?  I don’t honestly know the answer.
